Economically Sensible Scrum - Kenny Rubin

We had the pleasure of having Kenny Rubin (www.innolution.com) conduct a presentation on "Economically Sensible Scrum" to one of our clients yesterday.  The main point of the presentation was to highlight how decisions, within a scrum environment, should be made in an economical way.  Too often decisions are made without consideration to the overall objectives of the product / project.  Instead of focusing on the overarching goal keeping the project moving, we base our decisions on things such as resource capacity.  The presentation was chalk full of useful information and should you be in need of Agile training or coaching I highly recommend Kenny Rubin.
