The Colorado House of Representatives on Friday unanimously passed legislation prohibiting state regulators from setting new rules, service standards and pricing regulations for voice and other services carried over the Internet.
The Colorado Public Utilities Commission doesn't regulate Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) or Internet protocol-based services in those ways.
